Ingenuity performance Pinghu Hongxin thermal power 3 × steam driven feed pump technical transformation project started successfully and put into operation!

Recently, the technical renovation project of 3 × steam driven feed pump of Pinghu Hongxin Thermal Power Co., Ltd. undertaken by our company was successfully commissioned and successfully started up on June 13! Through equipment upgrading and transformation, we can help customers achieve energy conservation, consumption reduction and efficient operation, and inject strong momentum into the development of green, low-carbon, quality and efficiency improvement of enterprises.

This time, our company undertook the core project, and was responsible for the whole process of integrated services such as equipment supply, manufacturing, on-site installation, system commissioning, test inspection, trial operation, assessment and acceptance, technical training and completion delivery, strictly abiding by technical specifications, ensuring quality standards, and controlling every link of project construction, commissioning and acceptance in the whole chain.

3. Located in the main power house of Hongxin thermal power plant in Pinghu, the steam driven feed pump technical renovation project is a key technical renovation project to optimize the operation mode of feed pump units in the plant and improve the stability of equipment.

The core of the project adopts b1.5-0.9/0.2 back pressure driven steam turbine to replace the original 3 × feed pump motor equipment. The back pressure drag turbine is installed on the 0m floor of the turbine room, and the supporting oil station equipment is optimally arranged in the side pit of the feed pump to replace the original old feed pump unit oil station. Through layout optimization and equipment replacement, the problems of high energy consumption, large loss and poor stability of traditional motor drive operation are thoroughly improved.

During the project construction, our technical team investigated the site conditions in advance, refined the installation and commissioning plan, and strictly controlled the key processes such as equipment assembly and commissioning. From the supply of equipment body and auxiliary equipment, to the on-site installation, commissioning, technical disclosure, and personnel training, our company fully guarantees that the new equipment can perfectly adapt to the original production system in the customer's plant area to achieve stable replacement and stable operation.
