Recently, a set of 7mw back pressure steam turbine generator unit provided by our company was successfully started up and put into operation on April 9. The unit operated stably and all indicators met the standards, and the project was successfully delivered.

The project is located in Xijiang sugar production plant of Guangxi sugar industry group. Xijiang sugar plant is a traditional state-owned enterprise. The original steam turbine generator units are products of the 1980s. The units are old and inefficient. This project is an energy-saving and efficiency increasing project. Now a new set of high-speed and high-efficiency back pressure steam turbine generator unit produced by Lide power is installed. The model is b7-2.35/0.29. Our company is responsible for the design, manufacture, supply and installation of the unit. After it is put into operation, it will effectively improve the thermal power utilization efficiency of the plant, help enterprises save energy, reduce consumption, and stabilize production and energy supply.

Since the start of the project, our company has adhered to the core concept of "customer first, quality-oriented and efficient performance", cooperated with the owner in the production schedule of this season, faced many challenges such as tight project duration, heavy tasks and difficult cross section construction, and completed the general assembly of equipment one month in advance by taking advantage of our advantages of self-processing and self-assembly, ensuring that all equipment was delivered to the factory smoothly before the Spring Festival, leaving sufficient time for on-site construction.

During the Spring Festival, our project team stuck to the site, steadily promoted equipment installation, guided commissioning and other work, and successfully completed the project in advance and the construction schedule in advance through efficient overall construction.

During the trial operation of the unit, the site was successively affected by external factors such as power grid construction in the plant area and sudden lightning strikes, which led to the tripping and power failure of the main transformer and the station transformer, and the unit experienced multiple startup and shutdown and isolated grid operation tests. Under complex and variable working conditions, the back pressure steam turbine generator set put into operation this time has stable operation, stable parameters and high reliability, which fully verifies the excellent quality and good site adaptability of our equipment.
