LEADER POWER 2*150mw ultra-high pressure intermediate reheat condensing steam turbine generator unit has been transformed and delivered successfully

High temperature does not "reduce the standard", and the task does not "shrink". Recently, the 2 × 150MW ultra-high pressure intermediate reheat condensing steam turbine generator unit that our company is responsible for the transformation, supply and installation has been completed. The first unit has been transformed in the plant and officially shipped out of the factory. Thus, the project construction has entered the key equipment installation stage.

The project is located in Liaoning Province, a heavy industrial base in Northeast China, and is a key livelihood heating project. The unit adopts the circulating water heating mode, which not only realizes the heating of residents in winter, but also takes into account the power generation and grid connection. Lide power undertakes the task of unit capacity expansion and high back pressure adaptability transformation, and synchronously completes the upgrading of turbine electro-hydraulic control system. Relying on years of transformation experience and its own processing capacity, Lide power has efficiently completed the transformation, maintenance, servicing and various tests of the unit in just two months.

With the successful delivery of the first batch of equipment, our professional technical team has entered the site in advance, and is working closely with the owner's professional teams of civil engineering, electrical, instrument control, etc., to fully promote the subsequent installation, commissioning, trial operation and other work, so as to ensure that the unit can be successfully put into operation, external heating, grid connected power generation before this winter's heating season.

This shipment is not only another confirmation of Lide power's strength in the application field of medium-sized steam turbine transformation, but also a solid step for us to help the people's livelihood and supply in the northeast old industrial base.
